On Lowering The Mental Illness Rate

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and Mental Health America claim that as many as 1/4 of this countries population suffers from a mental illness at one time or another. When we deal with what we call minor mental illnesses, and this includes some of the not so minor mental illnesses, as conditions and states that everybody goes through at one time or another, then these conditions become much more manageable, and they even have the potential of being brought under control. Heck, look at experiences in this fashion, and a lot of what we call mental illness has a tendency to just vanish into thin air.
